It
starts with this guy Mike Deering, he used to be the head chef at the
old D-Lux on Dickson St. in Fayetteville, AR. I used to wait tables
there when i was about 21 or 22. Well, D-Lux used to have this all-you-can-eat
spaghetti on Monday nights, it was really good, too. I mean damn good.
Anyway, i was working one Monday night when a lady at one of my tables
asked me, "Could I have some more ragu sauce for my spaghetti?"
So i assumed ragu was an acceptable generic term for marinara, but when
i asked Chef Mike for some ragu sauce, he (jokingly) went off on me,
telling me all about how his marinara sauce was his mom's recipe, etc.,
and he just wouldn't leave it alone. By the end of the evening everyone
in the restaurant was calling me Ragu, and it stuck for quite a while.
So
anyway, RaguStudio.com just sorta came about since it sounded better
and is easier to type than Tony'swebsitewhydon'tyouscopeitout.com
or something crazy like that.
And there you have it.
